「The concierge was excellent. She made arrangements for me to self check in after the front desk was closed because my ferry arrived late at night and she also made arrangements for me to check out and come back later and get my bag and wash up before my flight. Very accommodating! Hotel was nice and new, and in a part of town near many restaurants, shopping, the bus terminal, and the history old town. 」

「Words cannot express how our stay was! Helen our lovely hostess went WAY beyond our expectations. Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact. 「Very nice, friendly staff. Breakfast included, if you find they run out of certain foods, just ask for it. Some building works are going on outside, assume is temporary! Hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, walking distance to the medieval castle, harbour, shopping centre. By bus is easy access to visit different beaches. I would recommend the hotel! 」

「Bamboo Suites is such a vibe!! The rooms are great such a comfortable bed and lots of room with doors that allow you to walk straight out to the pool area. The pool itself is huge with lots of day beds and a great bar with chilled music all day Fantastic food and a great menu The staff make this place amazing! Two brothers and a sister alongside a great chef and waitresses! You will not regret a visit to Bamboo! Cant wait to visit again. Sam & Jason 」

「Great location! Absolutely friendly staff and they have many amenities that you need. 7 minutes walk to the Elli beach, 10 minutes to the old town. 40 minutes on the public bus from the airport. Would definitely be staying there again」
