「I like how clean the inside was and the smell of the air fresher on the inside. However I feel like I was cheated the AC did not work all 3 days the front desk was informed ask for a fan they did not have any did not offer to switch rooms out also we open the blinds and on the outside of the windows there was nothing to look at but green mildew windows. I took pictures but we had to open the door Saturday night to pull air that was really cold to come into our room.」

「The front desk service attitude is very poor. The last white customer was smiling and friendly. When they saw our Asian faces, they put away their smiles and were perfunctory. I will never stay here again.」

「Booked a room with a jetted tub. They first gave me a room with a shower. When I told them about my booking they moved me to another room which did NOT have a jetted tub. The room also smelled so badly of mold that it was hard to sleep. There was also pubic hair on the sheet and top blanket. We tried to stay away from the room as much as we could! Horrible experience !」
