The room was dirty, first night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, the bathtub was rusted, bed covers had a holes, in the morning the the housekeeper instead of knocking on the door, she just opened the door without asking first, we were at sleep and we got so scared because it was just me and my daughter and before we left we put the sign on the door and still they entered the room. Never again, was the worse experience ever.

If your looking just for one night to stay is fine but wouldn’t recommend woman to stay . Sketchy place , sketchy people. My room was dirty when I arrived. Not enough amenities. Microwave was not working at all and mini fridge wasn’t cold enough. Room was sketchy too . My door did not have a safety lock. My room door has a bullet mark and bedsheet filled with cigarette burns . Staff was ok but needs more customer service. Also housekeeper came in barging in my room without my permission. She had a key to get in . She kept asking me to tip . Don’t have to force to ask me. Besides not letting her inside the room , I just gave the stuff to her and that’s it and still asking for tip . Overall did not feel comfortable here .

So, I think I was given a smokers room and I'm not a smoker. I'll leave it at that. Everything was bare minimum but that's all I needed for the night.

The room was clean and the bedding was clean. The staff was so accommodating. If I have any complaints it would be that there’s a copper stain in the bathroom and the tub drain plug seemed broken. Everything else was perfectly fine.

The place is really gross. Everything about it is pretty gross. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and kind though. It wasn’t even cheap though.

There are roaches everywhere. I booked one weekend and had to leave because of the bugs and they wouldn’t give me a full refund. Still waiting on my refund. Terrible management. Greedy establishment considering it looks like garbage. You almost get what you pay for though. Don’t stay here ever.

Room was ok when it comes to the cleaniness but the staff, especially the office staff, were rude and talked to me like I was a stray dog and the cleaning lady kept opening my room door without permission and doesn't even speak English so I was unable to communicate with her. I asked her repeatedly to not open my door without permission but since she couldn't understand English she kept doing it. 1 of the ladies that works the front desk came banging on my door about the room payment, which I had already paid for the previous night online via Expedia in which she repeatedly called me a liar and her attitude towards me and my best friend, who is handicapped. We had cockroaches gallore in our room as well and had to throw out half of the food we had just bought the previous day due to the bugs. Our refrigerator didn't even shut and was not cold whatsoever so the milk soured after only being in there not ever 24 hours. And it was dirty and had bugs in it as well and also the microwave. The morning of check out they came banging on the door yet once again demanding that we have less than 5 mins to checkout and again my best friend is handicapped and is unable to move around like that. There were stains on our bed sheets and the toilet and shower were dirty and hair in the drain of the shower.

Disgusting is a nice description of this place.run down property. Refrigerator never worked instead of replacing it from another room .they told the owner had ordered one on line 4 days in never got to see it Bed cover stained with god knows what.out of all the hotels I been all over the country thisgot to be the worst nor even in a 3rd world country will see this type of property.
