「Nice hotel suitable for family and kids」

「Fabulous place to stay. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming, polite and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the amenities topped up and the room was always spotless after they had been. The Spa service was excellent. All the facilities were great. The beach is very nice. We were lucky to get some nice weather in the rainy season which certainly helped the experience. Breakfast was very good with an excellent variety to choose from.

「Just about everything okay」

「Do not use the flatiron! Do not use the flatiron! Do not use the flatiron! Why? My skirt got burned with a big hole. When talking to the reception for solution, they were like well you should lower the temperature… When asking for sowing kit, they couldn’t provide neither. When asking anything you could do as I am here for only two days and I don’t bring any other clothes with me, all they can say is sorry. That’s my fault. What else can I expect to a hostel. Thank you, Arch Studio...

「Its not as it looks like on photos. The room was very antiquated and almost unkept with insects crawling here and there. Staff were extremely nice.」
