The property feels unorganized, there is a large empty space just next to the corridors. The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear guests passing by or next door. Our room had water clogging issues, an rainfall shower, and ceiling residue on the towels. The hotel could use better maintenance. Only good is the location, right next to eateries and beach

We have been going to the malibest resort for about 5 years its not a 5 star hotel if that's what you are looking for but all the staff are very friendly Azril who cleaned are room was very good and accomadating the room's are looking very tired and really are in desperate need of updating one of the things that i find a bit odd is there is only one chair in the room but there is two people staying in the room so this means only one person can site on the balcony wihch was a let down

Hotel was ok, rooms and hotel in general looked very warn out and old. Carpet in hotel room was ancient. Drain in bathroom wouldn’t drain away quickly enough so constantly a puddle of water in there when family wanted to shower. Television in room never worked.

We stayed at the melibest in langkawi for 20 nights there is building work going on every day there was a lot of banging and drilling and a electric wood planner being used all day and I really mean all day it really spoiled are holiday

Get woken up by builders early every morning

Location is good, on the beach and close to bars and the main street. Hotel room tired but ok. Not given any information at check in except location of the room, shy customer service, seemed nervous to speak to international travellers. Very territorial about towels. Swimming pool uncovered so full of leaves. Workmen started loudly working on the hotel roof outside the room at 7-8am every day, so not exactly a relaxing break. But close to the beach in the centre of the strip.

Such A Disappointment

The aircondition kept on switching off every 5 minutes. I did ask them to fix sink pipe but they didn’t. Plus, the shower water from the heater was way too hot. Can’t even take our shower with it. TV was also not working. No wifi provided too. I was so disappointed. Won’t be staying here again next time.

Disappointing Stay Despite Prime Location

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The rooms were not as advertised in the pictures, which was the first of many disappointments. Upon arrival, I noticed there were no towels or hand towels provided. Despite multiple requests and a long wait of about six hours, I had to visit the reception four times before I finally received them. Additionally, there were no phones in the rooms, making it inconvenient to communicate with the staff. The rooms themselves were in poor condition: they smelled unpleasant, and the carpets were dirty with numerous hairs scattered around. This level of cleanliness was unacceptable and made the stay uncomfortable. I paid extra for an upgrade and was moved to a room in the new building. While this room was in better condition, it came with its own issues: the water pressure in the bathroom was poor, and I lost the beach view I had initially paid for. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location near the beach. However, this alone does not justify the poor service and subpar room conditions. Overall, the hotel failed to meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. The high cost does not match the quality of the accommodations or the service provided.

数少ないオンザビーチホテルでリゾート感があり、楽しめた。部屋は古く　 トイレと洗面所、シャワーが同じ場所で使いにくかったのと 鍵を開けても扉が固く開きにくい、冷房が効きにくい、ヤモリも夜になると数匹壁にはっていた。朝食はビュッフェで美味しくスタッフも親切できちんと説明してくれた、敷地内も綺麗に掃除され、目の前のビーチもゴミもなく キレイでした。 洗面所トイレ、シャーワー、エアコンの改善していただけたら最高に良いホテルです！

Franchement, je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel dans un état pareil. Déjà, le personnel est d’une arrogance insupportable, ils prennent les clients de haut, ce qui rend l’accueil particulièrement désagréable. Ensuite, parlons de l’hôtel en lui-même : insalubre et totalement négligé. Nous avons récupéré notre chambre à 14h, et à peine entrés, le bloc disjoncteur faisait un bruit sourd en continu. Mais le pire, c’est l’état de la chambre : poussière partout au sol, cheveux laissés par les précédents occupants, et surtout une odeur insupportable d’urine qui vous prend à la gorge. Honnêtement, nous sommes restés à peine 15 minutes avant de repartir. À la réception, nous avons demandé à récupérer notre caution (qui d’ailleurs est totalement injustifiée vu l’état déplorable de l’hôtel). La seule réponse a été : « On ne rembourse pas », sans même chercher à comprendre nos raisons. Un conseil clair et net : si vous voulez vraiment profiter de votre séjour sur l’île, évitez absolument cet hôtel. C’est une honte de proposer de telles prestations

Superior rommene trenger en skikkelig deepclean. Premier var bedre, men merkelig lukt i flere rom. Sengetøy hadde flekker på både Superior og premier. Rommene er ikke lydtett som hotels.com påstår. Plasseringen var fantastisk og dei ansatte var veldig hjelpsom

タオルが何回もクレームを入れても、毎日、交換してもらえず、 シーツもマネージャーに言ってやっと5日目に交換してもらえました。 ロケーションは最高ですが、お値段通りです。
