「Excellent location and clean room , spacious. There was parking infront of the room. Central location to the St. Helena high street. Central to go for wine tasing and restaurants. Cant fault them at all. The price was reasonable. will def stay again 」

「Breakfast was great - too late on a weekend to utilize though. Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! 」

「Pool looked dirty, and it is not heated and there is no spa or hot tub. The breakfast was the worst we have every experienced. No bread or toaster. No eggs. Supposed to be batter for making waffle. Empty the entire time we stayed and when ask if they can replace it the woman only said one word "NO" ! When I complained the office said she doesn't speak English. No apologies. When asked for clean towels we are told you must bring the others back before we give you others. Had to almost beg for...

「This is a quaint and tidy "motel" style facility (since each room has an entry to the outside). Super quiet (even though is not far off the 101), and there's a great Italian restaurant not far (about 1 mile). I will definitely be back if I'm visiting in Marin county, and highly recommend it to anyone. Seemed very safe as well (lots of residential all around).」
