「The property was spotlessly clean, organized and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet and peaceful also not too far from Sidemen for good restaurants and silversmithing classes. We had a lovely time.」

「Cheap price. Service is OK. But the facilities are quite old. If you want to visit middle of Bali, the location of this hotel is very good.」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. They have gym/spa ( extra charges) , a massive pool and like 6-7 restaurants. Also they have heaps of security guards, as a guest I do feel...

「Outstanding location and price, but our bathroom toilet didn’t flush well and the shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor, so showers got water everywhere. The staff was amazing though and the beach and pool were very nice.」

「The hotel is a bit far from the city, but the peaceful location surrounded by fields and fresh air makes it worth the trip. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion is to call ahead and confirm lunch or dinner availability. During my stay, the restaurant was closed whenever I wanted dinner, so I had to go elsewhere for food at night. Also, note that the drinks in the room's refrigerator are part of the minibar and are chargeable. I wasn't aware of...
