「早餐不錯，有已經切好不同款式的水果供應，酒店員工服務親切 不過我住的酒店房間可能靠近街道，所以聲音比較嘈吵（通常晚上12點至到五點就平靜）」

「Really lovely place! Clean and tidy and beautiful views. A really nice cafe available and a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun. Appears to be a very Spanish speaking hostel to make people aware but had no problems here」

「The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」

「A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.」

「Mr Hernandez, the owner and Blanco are very responsive to your needs. The breakfast is different everyday. They feature cuisine from different regions of Ecuador. Hotel is in the name of the facility, but it does not have a front desk. Luckily, our driver knew how to contact the concierge thru an intercom. Clarity regarding check-in would be helpful.」

「Very beautiful hotel, lot of paintings. friendly service, thanks Fernando alwaibf give helps and Pedro couple cooks delicious foods, 」

「This is a very comfortable little hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rates are also good.」

「Excellent view and nice quiet rooms. Great breakfast and food at the restaurant. A little far (by foot as it’s all uphill) but quick taxi uber ride back from the historical tourist area」

「Amazing place! Feels like coming home. Perfect communication before and during the stay, including airport pick up and drop off. Freddy and Diego both speak English fluently and go out of their way to make your stay 100% comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.」

「Terraza hermosa. Tranquilo.」

「Staff warm and hospitable Room clean and comfy Parking, complimentary breakfast」

「The first night was terrible, I got a room with a terrible smell I got a bad headache, therefore I requested to change my room. The gentleman who worked at night was very friendly and helpful. I got an upgraded room for the same price. The lady who worked during the day (Karla) was very friendly and helped us referring good restaurants near the hotel and things to do in Quito.」
