「The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」

「A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.」

The view of the skyline is superb and the decor and design of the hotel is equally exceptional. The staff was genuinely warm and kind and the restaurant was utterly delicious — a real treat! Our favorites: asparagus crème soup, mini empanadas, beef tenderloin, blueberry & pistachio salad. My highest recommendation!」

「A very comfortable well maintained historic hotel in a perfect location only steps away from independence plaza. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. A tip: get them to organise your airport transfer for US $30 (pay them directly). Breakfast was good with choices.」

「This hotel was perfect for our family trip to Ecuador to attend my daughter’s wedding. We took almost all of the rooms and the service, breakfasts, help in arranging taxis, was exceptional. The view from the rooftop is fabulous as well! The rooms were very large and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.」
