"I stayed at this resort in Mar 2026. It is clean, quiet, & secluded. All staffs greeted us with a smile at all time, and they even personalized our 25th anniversary with decoration and a custom made key chain; a small but meaningful gesture. Room service & turn down service were great. Pool and beach are clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food; it was not bad, but not eye opening either. We will definitely consider going back if we can."

"The Limasan Villa property is in the middle of rural place surrounded by native houses and is very near the airport. aircraft noisy is terrible. The property is far from the beach and the main street. And rural road is narrow and uneven, also smells bad. The air con and WiFi worked well in my room, the bed was comfortable and the main beach is a walkable distance. The main problem is the noise from the road in front of the hotel, but it didn't keep me up at night so it wasn't that bad. This is a decent budget option."
