Breath taking

Situated in a quiet area of the Marina, 5 minute walk from the Restaurant Area and perfectly situated between two beaches either side of the Coast. A Majestic view of the Sunset can be witnessed on the Sea Defences adjacent to the hotel.

It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a very well located, quiet condo. The room was small with a limited kitchen. No restaurant but there’re many close by. Do you have access to a good pool, laundry and all of those kind of services. But you don’t have any hotel services to speak of. Ilan Tal was a good experience and I would do it again.

I must say I was a little disappointed. I thought that this would’ve been a fancier hotel the way it was advertised. It seems like a lot of the furniture is old and not updated and it’s just really OK. It was not what I had expected.

Amazing !!!!

Great!!! ETTY at the front desk went above and beyond to help us and even walked me outside to show me how to walk by the pier to the restaurants. The food by the pool was awesome !!

We checked in to the hotel and in our first use of the faucet in the bathroom we found that the floor was flooded with water. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel front desk. Nothing has been done. We went out and comeback and still no fix. We had to put a lot of towels on the floor.

We thought the rooms we had could use an update. The shower was worn black marble and the grouting had obviously been done over many times. We had no hot water in the bathroom sink our entire stay of 2 1/2 days. We also wished we could have opened our windows. They were locked and we missed having fresh air instead of the air conditioner, especially in the evenings when it was not as hot as during the day. The pool area also needs a makeover. It was simply not an attractive area. On the positive side, the breakfasts were spectacular and the staff was helpful and gracious.

Whatever problem I have with the hotel doesn’t even matter cause I hope you’re gonna be smart enough not to book this place to begin with I have a problem with Expedia taking a very long time to process my full refund promised by the hotel and acknowledged by Expedia but somehow I still didn’t get my money after canceling upon arriving to the hotel because of the low level and completely different from what was represented on the Expedia website This is becoming a bad habit with problems with Expedia constantly with booking and with location not matching descriptions

I booked three mini-suite rooms for myself and my family. We arrived at the hotel reception at 2:00 PM, and despite having completed online early check-in, it took a very long time to receive our room keys. We waited over an hour in a crowded and chaotic line, with shouting and frustration, as the front desk was staffed by only one experienced employee (ETI) and two new staff members who were clearly untrained and overwhelmed. One of the rooms we received had a filthy shower. It was impossible to reach the front desk by phone—calls were routed through an automated system that eventually transferred to a human call center, but even after six attempts, they couldn’t connect us to the reception. The phone just rang endlessly with no answer. To speak with someone, we had to physically go down and wait in line again. At breakfast, my daughter was alone with her two small children. She asked a waiter for help bringing a tuna salad for one of the girls. The waiter initially agreed, but after 20 minutes, when she asked again, he began yelling at her, saying he wouldn’t bring her anything and that she shouldn’t ask him again. He humiliated her in front of other guests and frightened the little girls, who started crying because someone was shouting at their mother. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Chouette hôtel bien placé Dommage que la piscine ai été fermée alors qu’il a fait 4 journées ensoleillées avec 28-30 Petit déjeuner pas dur tout au niveau des petits dej Israéliens mais bon Salle de petit déjeuner épouvantable Service moyen :quand je demande à mettre un bloc de congélation au freezer et qu’il termine au réfrigérateur par exemple Tout le monde dans cet hôtel traîne la patte ils sont tous très fatigués Service de chambre impeccable ,très bien nettoyee et linge de bain changé tous les jours ,bouteille d’eau et capsules nespresso

Rien exceptionnel dans l hôtel aucun service Aucune place dans le parking et aucune attention du personnel . Vous avez l expression arrive dans un immeuble au milieu de résidence vraiment il a rien d un hôtel et encore moins au nombre étoile qui la soit disant rien de reposant rester chez vous c pareil
