"The reception desk was the the first encounter. One person was not very welcoming or friendly. Then was charged extra for my child. It wasnt a pleasant experience. It made me very frustrated and angry To the point I almost left to go to previous resort. But my kids and I were tired, hungry, and hot. Rest of staff was very nice and friendly they made up for that one person. Restaurant, grounds ppl, everyone. was great. Love the variety of breakfast. House keeping fast and greay.
