While the property itself is well maintained and located in a beautiful setting, the level of service provided by the Front Office was deeply disappointing and fell significantly below the standards one would reasonably expect from a luxury hospitality brand. 「It was terrible. Dirty & un hygienic bathrooms, smell, lot of insects in room. No cleanliness at all. Need to wait for more than one hour as someone has blocked the exit route of the parking and hotels reception has no idea about it. Food served was very poor. Overall very terrible experience and I checked out after spedning only 1 night 」
