"Staff 10/10, location 8/10, local beaches 7/10, resort 8/10, room, extremely cute, but a little complicated with the doors, insect and reptile access, had very few, but some insects and lizards in the room, but that’s part of the experience I guess, that style of resort. And I did choose the basic room, so maybe upgrade if you’d like. Though my room was sweet and comfortable, just the doors are small lol "

"Great location 20 minutes from the airport yet very quiet. Location is walkable to the beach and convenience stores however there are no sidewalk. Breakfast is an additional fee, but worth every penny"

"The checkin experience was disappointing as they had given our room to someone else and made us wait for about an hour even though we only arrived by 6 pm. Furthermore, they didn’t supply us with adequate soaps and the room had many mosquitoes. We did purchased buffet dinner to find that there is hardly any vegetarian option so my family went hungry in the night. Breakfast again has not many vegetarian options. Service was a notch low considering the cost per night. "
