「The general condition of the hotel is poor, old, tired and a bit scruffy. The rooms just about fit the bill, but the bathrooms are very small. The staff are hit n miss, the cleaning ladies were friendly enough the night shift staff were completely incompetent, and don't expect room service, I had to order in a pizza!! 「Yes welcoming for dogs. Had a poolside suite. Only things i would say are the pillows are very hard and the bed linen could be softer. I say this because is expensive to stay. Also had to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast and i think when you pay this money you shouldnt need too」

「I had a very pleasant stay. Amy, with who I did my check in was really helpful and courteous, and offered me an upgrade with river view, and I enjoyed very much. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Nice and clean accomodations. Thank you」
