"This has been THE most pleasant stay experience! The location is beautiful, and the environment at both inside and out super comfy and inviting. We were welcomed by Randal who was able to check us in super early and tell us about amazing amenities available - from restaurants on site to free champagne any time we stopped by the front desk and the late night pantry closet with snacks! Oh and also the fire pits all day at the lake with the view of the marina and the mountains! We had breakfast at Carillon Kitchen which was absolutely delicious and we could conveniently charge it to the room. We also had dinner at El Encanto which was also delightful! And right in front of the hotel was a floating sauna which we booked and enjoyed along with a polar plunge in lake Washington. Oh and we also took advantage of the hotel’s free bike rental and went up to Rails to Trails - very beautiful and fun ride and the bikes were quality (helmets and locks were included!). Really, really recommend this place!!! "

"Super clean and well kept. The breakfast included bacon, egg, sausage, waffle, cup noodles, fruits, oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, bread, bagels and cream cheese, cereal and a variety of drinks "

"New, decent size. The breakfast is high quality, given most hotel breakfast quality drop like stone. It has pork saugage, veggie like cauliflower, even a waiter on site making eggs."

"First time staying here for 11 nights. Coffee is only available during breakfast and not throughout. Dining area is only reserved for in house food and not permitted to outside food when I to-go my food to eat there. Counter staffs were friendly. The breakfast ends 10am, but sometimes at 945am they were keeping the food already. Housekeeping changes towels but doesn’t vacuum so it looks a bit untidy with the hairs all in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Gym was sufficient and good space for me with some weights and treadmill. "

"The gym is small but treadmill works (elliptical has been broken for a couple years now - ive stayed here before. Staff is nice. Place is old. Saw a woodpecker eating the side of it. Great area. The sounds of the room above me, the super slow elevator, no sheer curtain for my window so no light in room unless i wanna feel like no privacy kinda sucked, wished it had internet tv but does have cable, microwave n fridge are so nice to have. Hard to rate. Good area but i had the loudest walkers over my head floor above at 5 AM and a farting burping coughing man in the room next door seemed like my whole stay (i was there a week) i could hear him at 5-6AM as well… horrible … "
