「We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here 」

「We came down for the World Cup and Umbral was a perfect location to get to Fan Fest. The room was terrific and the whole hotel space is gorgeous. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. In particular, Sergio the bartender at the Terrace bar. He was terrific and gave us some great advice about attending Fan Fest for the Mexico l-Czechia game. Will stay at Umbral on our next visit!」

「我住的是Cathedral Tower 頗舊，裝修地氈也較舊，另外一邊是新Tower, 但是位置真的十分好，去舊城區只需走路，不用乘車，Zocalo 地鐵站就在酒店旁邊。」

「Brilliant Hotel!! I will choose here again when I visit Mexico City next time. It is so convenient to get any spot of the city! Staffs are friendly and English fluently. 」

「Place is fine, staff is friendly. The place needs a little maintenance though with the blinds and cabinets. Also felt bad making the ladies at the front desk get up every time we needed to get into the hotel since they have to open the door for us. They should get them a buzzer or something. Would stay again because the suites are big and price is fair and the street view from the rooms are nice.」

「The hotel was excellent—the location, the quality, the staff... We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately, our overall impression was spoiled by our departure, as we left at 5 a.m. and had arranged for a breakfast package with the hotel. However, that morning the receptionist told us that the staff hadn’t had time to prepare the packages, so we didn’t get any breakfast....:-(」
