"The room was a basic hotel style room, but somewhat old. There no amenities or front desk area, but there was someone in an office room on another floor during business hours. No extra amenities. The area was ok but busy and somewhat noisy."

"this hotel is right by the train station so that was an added bonus BUT a little far from the city. Super clean, friendly staff overall a great stay. Only downside was that it was located on a busy ONE WAY street so during peak hours it could be hard to leave/ get to the area if traveling by taxi."

"Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, great location with Santa Maria Novella and its piazza just around the corner. Spacious, luxurious bathroom and powerful air conditioning. With the old furniture and painted ceiling the ambiance in my room felt very much like an Italian place with history."
