We had a great stay at Dedo Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the train station and most of Florence’s main amenities. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for its location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenience!

Lady at front desk was very helpful and responsive. Good location but be warned the hotel is in the third floor or a large apartment building. Not easy to get your large suitcases up the many steps at the entrance and on the third floor (leading up to the fourth). Otherwise decent experience.

This was a nice boutique hotel but what made the experience not the best was the noise. We were facing I believe it’s the courtyard and construction was happening there the entire time not to mention about 7 AM every morning. You could hear everything the slamming of doors what’s happening in the kitchen it just didn’t make it a good experience when trying to sleep in a little after a really long day of walking in sightseeing.
