堤弗德出租度假屋

「What an excellent property we found! 12 of us stayed for mum's 65th birthday. Welcomed to the smell of mulled wine & mince pies. Nicely decorated for Christmas throughout. Fantastic, peaceful location. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. No need to take anything other than clothes, the property had everything needed. Owners were fantastic. Great communction beforehand. Would definitely return again.」

「Perfect stay for Alton towers trip with family.」

「Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book.」

「Not as described. Would not recommend」

「The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.」

「Avoid this place. It is a room. Not an apartment. Rubbish piled up in the front and rear gardens. There are rats. Bathroom is shared, and is tiny, cannot swing a cat in it, but at least a cat would help with the rats. Kitchen is below bare minimum. 2 cups, 3 plates. Walls are thin, doors don’t work properly, but eventually lock with enough strength. The feel of the property is like it once housed squatters, and it feels like they will be back soon. Was due to stay for 2 nights, I didn’t/...

「Lovely house and very quiet location which is what I loved . Everything you needed in terms of kitchen facilities /utensils etc . Lovely comfy bed , down side was late check in 4pm and early check out out 10am , no breakfast included but other than than lovely .」

「Fantastic, responsive and lovely host, whom was able to give an individualised response to my couple of queries. Great hot tub, that was actually hot from start to end! We had a great stay, thank you Kelly」

「Only advantage near railway Station and rental car」

「Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in...

「Apart from me having to contact them and the stress of getting and returning the keys place and staying were great and hoatwas excellent at sorting it out just process and key access needs to be improved」

「Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best.」

「Staff is good. Sleeping room is clean. Have to share bathroom with other guests. Toilet lock broken.」

「I wish to warn others regarding this property. We booked for 1 night. Had initial message to confirm that they would send check in details closer to the time of check in but was never sent anything. They then did not respond to any requests for information regarding check in. We were unable to get access to the property when we arrived, luckily Expedia arranged alternative accommodation but it ruined our plans for the evening! Disgusting behaviour by the host. Also, the area that the house is in...

「This property is beyond a ten in every way, it is everything an English country cottage should be. The village is delightful and the local pubs and people are very friendly. Lots of lovely walks. We were sad to leave.」

「Nice clean, comfortable property with everything you need. Comfortably sleeps 10. And it really is less than five minutes walk to Alton Towers! Definitely stay here again. 」
