"The hotel was stunning. Breath taking views. Super clean. Staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Could not fault a thing about the hotel and staff. My only concern was it was a little far out to the main restaurant areas like Fisherman's Village etc. but they do offer a shuttle bus to drop you and pick you up. "

Everybody was so friendly and professional Ken the manager was amazing very great guy Ammy was very friendly and a very hard worker Pat or Patricia cooked the most wonderful eggs I’ve ever had in any restaurant anywhere in the world. I recommend any Aussie family or couples or friends staying together. You have to get down to the Briza great rooms delicious buffet breakfast very good price and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. "This accommodation was from July 29-4, 2025 and was very impressed and planned to come back again if I return to Thailand because the staff provided excellent service. Our room was very clean. We booked a family room to see and liked it very much. The water flowed strongly and was very satisfying. The system was good and useful in many ways. It was very delicious. Thank you to Brother Tom for welcoming our family. Finally, for searching for a room that was close to nature and supporting us to recommend Sheraton Samui. It was very complete. excellent."
