"We will absolutely be back and have highly recommended your hotel. The staff were all lovely especially the young guy in the bar who has longish hair - he was brilliant and rushed off his feet. So nice and helpful. There is so much to do for kids with pool and beach and playpark outside. Fantastic stay!"

"Lovely clean room with a view of the V&A museum. The hotel is above the train station but you wouldn't know it. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff are extremely helpful too"

"Amazing, cost effective place to stay just outside of Dundee. The owner was very friendly. The bar was a perfect local spot and well priced pints. Water pressure in the shower could have been a touch better, but this place is old so that is to be expected. I would stay here again if I was ever in the area!"
