"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional and attentive to my needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The hotel’s atmosphere was pleasant and the overall service was excellent. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist whenever needed. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return in the future. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay."

"Amazing, cost effective place to stay just outside of Dundee. The owner was very friendly. The bar was a perfect local spot and well priced pints. Water pressure in the shower could have been a touch better, but this place is old so that is to be expected. I would stay here again if I was ever in the area!"

"After reading a lot of negative views before we went I was worried what to expect. The cottage was,lovely very spacious and clean. A slight musty smell on entering and one of bathrooms but the place was spotless. Some of the paintwork could do with being refreshed but on the whole we had a lovely stay. The location and views were incredible. The staff at reception very helpful."
