"Lovely hotel, returning customers New systems introduced day we arrived- staff very preoccupied and rattled,no greeting when arrived, felt we were completely in the way and an inconvenience to the receptionist, and this continued when we went to the bar - card machines not working and staff stressed and said they wanted to go home ! In the morning, housekeeping tried to get in room several times- trying to again blame the new systems Hotel management - the new systems are not a good customer experience , ruined our stay "

"Lovely clean room. Really nice complimentary breakfast and the staff all smiley and helpful. I didn’t use the gym or laundry so can’t comment on that. Very centrally located. Caird Hall, McManus Museum, Abertay University and main shopping area all within 5 mins walk. Parking available at hotel but also plenty of car parks nearby. "
