"Lovely hotel, returning customers
New systems introduced day we arrived- staff very preoccupied and rattled,no greeting when arrived, felt we were completely in the way and an inconvenience to the receptionist, and this continued when we went to the bar - card machines not working and staff stressed and said they wanted to go home !
In the morning, housekeeping tried to get in room several times- trying to again blame the new systems
Hotel management - the new systems are not a good customer experience , ruined our stay "
