「Big cockroach in room, yellowing Towel, moldy bathroom」

「Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. 」

「Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain. The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa. They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too.」

「The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way.」

「We had too many issues. The toilet sink was clogged. The boat tour we had was different from the description and they still wanted to charge the full amount. The area doesnt have much activities. Everything you bring inside is subject to corkage. You have yo pay extra 17%. The only positive point are the staffs who are nice」

「We only stayed one night but the facilities are fabulous. next time we would stay in a larger room for the 3 of us. Lovely place for a quiet stay」

「Clean, spacious, quiet, modern but old and historic at the same time. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. We ate at both the main restaurant and the pizza place and both were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away by the quality of everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 」
