Clean budget hotel in a busy area

Very good customer service. They serve only breakfast meals. The place is clean and new. Accessible to commercial area. Amenities are ok for a budget hotel. Staff attends to our needs promptly.

Undesirable hotel

There’s no lift/ elevator, yet my room is in the 3rd flr. There’s lot of small cockroaches inside the room. It seems they never put any insecticide or make any pest control. I booked for twin de luxe room and they gave me de luxe room (not knowing and forgot already about my booking details). I already slept and the next morning they called me for their mistake. They asked me if I can change into my real booking which is twin de luxe room. I refused because I’m going to check out anytime sooner. Instead, I asked for a refund but they said it’s non-refundable (the hotel staffs looks very wise, huh). It will be my first and last check in. And my worst hotel that I ever had. NOT RECOMMENDED!

2週間前に宿泊したとき、ホテルの無料Wi-Fiが部屋、廊下問わず接続出来なかったため、今回は、ポケットWi-Fiを購入準備してみた。（Globe) 外部からの受信（信号）が弱くポケットWi-Fiを窓側において接続出来ました。（通信速度は遅いです） でも値段が安いのでおすすめ。

価格が安く、コスパ良し。おすすめします。 入口のセキュリティは、しっかりしており安心。 シャワー（バスタブ無し）は、温水出ます。 部屋にセーフティボックスなし。 無料のミネラルウォーターは無し。 Wi-Fiの表示は出るが、パスワード入力しても接続出来ない。廊下に出ても、違うスマホを使っても接続出来ない。フロントに聞いたら、信号が弱いとのこと。 近くにJollibee、Dunkin Donuts、マクドナルド有り。 SMモールまで2ｋｍ、ロビンソンまで1.5ｋｍ。

Hotel is situated in a very busy local market place. Be aware that the hotel does not have a lift, so you'll be walking up and down stairs a lot. The staff are less than welcoming, and the policy of having to return your room key to the front desk every time you leave the hotel is irritating. Would I stay here again? Probably not - i would search for a friendlier hotel which treated their guests as guests and not children.
