"Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. I like Lipa City very much although the traffic can be terrible sometimes. There is some good shopping. I often go to nearby Padre Garcia to visit family. I have visited nearby Lake Taal and volcano which is a great adventure and also visiting Lobo

Lipa is a very crowded busy city downtown. The traffic can be terrible and take a long time getting across town either in car, jeepney or tricycle. Staying at Mount Malarayat was nice relief from the city.
