「The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. They would start packing food away at 9. We couldn’t get new towels for over 24 hours. Couldn’t get our room cleaned for over 24 hours. There...

「The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.」

「The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. 」

「Love this hotel concept. Love it. Clean, efficient, conveniently furnished. Ideal for longer stays but even our overnight was outstanding. The check in process dimmed my immediate impression as the staff person was very impersonal and cold, unfriendly. But then the manager entered and he was kind and informative, helpful then and later. Overall, our review of the Apt is very favorable. Will stay again. 」

「Overall the place worked for our week. Internet was sufficient. There is a $100 deposit that isn't listed anywhere online. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee.
