Very cute and clean little hotel, so close to el zocalo, very friendly staff, all the girls at the reception were very attentive and helpful, specially Anita and Rosa Isela, both were above and beyond.. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing!

This hotel was beautiful! I am someone very picky with cleanliness and honeslty I was impressed it was impeccable. The Service was amazing and they have a restaurant on the rooftop that is delicious.

we were pleasantly surprised at how clean & beautiful the hotel was, the number of levels & outdoor space for guests was just enough to satisfy us & meet our expectations. the rooms were clean & included all the ammenities. Staff was helpful, restaurant was excellent. overall, a lovely stay, we would highly recommend. walking distance to the Zocolo, shops & restaurants

Very close to Santa Prisca, just very steep. Hotel has cute restaurant 8:30-2pm breakfast and lunch. Room got cleaned every day. Really cute small hotel Shower in our room had very low pressure.

Very Negative Experience – Unsafe Stay Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially if you're not Mexican. Your safety is not guaranteed. My stay at this hotel turned into a nightmare. While the reception and room were acceptable, the tiny pool is governed by a strict internal policy clearly posted on-site, forbidding diving. Despite this, a local guest (served alcohol by the hotel) and his child were allowed to break these rules for hours—right under the eyes of staff, including servers, housekeepers, and receptionists monitoring the pool via surveillance cameras. No one intervened. After I politely asked the guest to respect the rules, I became the target of hostile behavior and aggressive remarks (the father told his son to “aim for the French”). The child then lunged at me, and while I tried to protect myself, the father—clearly intoxicated—punched me violently in the face, causing a mild concussion. The hotel staff witnessed everything and did nothing. No support, no commercial gesture. We left immediately, traumatized. This hotel fails to enforce its own rules and protect its guests. A humiliating, violent experience. Don’t risk your vacation here.

Estuvo bien, esto porque me toco una habitacion en la cual a las 7 o 6 am masomenos empezaban con el ruido en el techo de sillas y mesas para la terraza entonces se les caian cosas y despertabas con el susto, en el restaurantes muy amables la comida no me encanto no estaba mal pero no era super deliciosa el hotel es muy bonito espero solo haya sido mala experiencia de primera vez y que no siempre sea asi eso si muy amables todos

Esa acogedor, la alberca esa climatizada y en general el hotel está en una muy buena ubicación. Su restaurante es muy bueno, desgraciadamente cierra temprano y no hay cenas, pero los desayunos son excelentes.

Buena experiencia, bonito y muy limpio

El hotel está muy bonito y muy ameno. La limpieza excelente. La alberca es pequeña pero está bien para descansar un rato tomando el sol. Sólo dos cosas no me gustaron: las habitaciones son más pequeñas de lo que parece según las fotos y descripción; segundo, el hotel está al final de una calle de bajada, sigue estando muy cerca de Santa Prisca y el kiosko pero hay hoteles de menor costo y de la misma categoría que están aún más cerca. Pero si buscas un hotel muy bonito y muy limpio, éste es una excelente opción.
