「My only challenge was with the transfer to the pier. There wasn't clear communication on where we would be picked up and which transfer was ours」

「Hotel is good. But restaurant was not open, only in winter they say. Do I class this hotel 4*. Not sure. I think it is better class bnb. No help with luggage to and from room. Shower not good, very little hot water. Nice clean room. No amenities in the hotel. 」

「It’s almost perfect the only downside is it doesn’t have an elevator so we need to carry our luggage’s 4 staircases.. but the receptionist helped us .. she’s excellent…」

「Staff were great. Used there shuttle service for a fee from airport which was lower than getting on our own, and again for $5 to Cruise Terminal. Breakfast was fine and we also had dinner at Hotel which was very good. Enjoyed our stay.」

「I dont know where to start with a review for 7 Bells. Stefano was the nicest and most helpful person we met while in Italy. Any question we asked him he answered and helped us get around the area. 7 bells is very clean, quaint and perfect for any person/s. Stefano made us tea, coffee and croissants. The blood orange juice was absolutely delicious. He always had a smile and pleasant conversation. We feel like we made a new life long friend.」

「It was really convenient staying here the night before our cruise. You can easily walk to the cruise shuttle pickup even with luggage. The hotel also provided a transfer from the airport (added charge, but worth it). The hotel is also clean and nice. 」

「My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. 」

「We found the location very convenient and the woman who greeted us, was quick to arrive and also very nice and clear with the instructions. It was unfortunately very noisy during the night because the train tracks are right in front of the building and since we don’t like air conditioning, see slept with the window open, but we didn’t get much sleep at all. There was also this underlying smell of nail polish remover that was bothering me. The place itself was great though and very clean....

「A hidden gem. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Only downside was being charged 50 euros for "early check-in" for a room that was available when we arrived at 11:30am but weren't able to occupy until 3pm unless we paid the fee.」

「Our stay was delightful, especially after two straight days of rough travel (planes, trains, and automobiles, across three continents.) We found an amazing restaurant just around the corner in a small square for dinner, and it was so good we went back for brunch the following day (after dropping off our luggage at our cruise ship.) Francesco is a gracious host and booked a taxi for us to help bring our luggage to the ship. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well. If we ever return...

「Við duttum óvænt inn á þetta fína hótel í þessum dásamlega bæ, Tarquinia. Herbergið var frekar lítið og baðherbergið ansi þröngt en annars fór bara vel um okkur. Við borðuðum mjög ljúffengan kvöldverð á veitingastað hótelsins og getum alveg mælt með honum. Fengum okkur göngutúr upp i gamla bæinn þar sem útsýnið yfir sveitina og hafið var mikilfenglegt. 」
