We had the basics that we needed for a quick overnight stay. Some improvements needed on these: water from the shower doesn’t drain fully because of the floor angle, bedside tables was very dusty. Didn’t pay much so I guess can’t really expect a lot either. Good place to for an unprolonged stay.

Lakeland Resort Taupo
Staff at reception were friendly, bed was uncomfortable, needs a new mattress, water pressure was not good, breakfast was average, was quite noisy with the people in the room next to us. Good location, off the road.
