"Our stay was just OK. Lift was not working, one of the beds in our room had dipe in mattress. A bottle of water would have been nice. Awoken at 4 in morning with an awful noise in room, a fan on outside wall was to blame. Spoke to lady in reception about noise on way out she took my email address saying someone would be in touch, still waiting!
