"Normally enjoy this hotel, but the elevator and pool have been down for months making it not a family friend hotel and not good for individuals who have mobility issues. They also don’t notify you about the issues until it is too late to refund your booking."

"Overall, our stay was good. The room was spacious, and the location was great—close to shopping and very convenient. The hotel is also family-friendly. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The bathroom was quite small, and the mini fridge didn’t hold much. Breakfast service was inconsistent, and the food was cold. Pool rules and waivers should be better explained at check-in for safety. Housekeeping missed a few details like restocking toilet paper and refilling toiletries. The restaurant food was great, but service was slow and not very attentive. It would also help to have better supervision in shared spaces and posted quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would like to see some improvements before returning."

"It was a good location centrally located easy to get to the water and harbor by foot A lot of good places and options to eat as well as small shops and coffee locations."
