Shopping is just 2 level down. For the buffet breakfast, do note that there are not many seats and may need to wait for availability."

"The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. "
