「The location is great: right by the canal/water, in the middle of the city where locals live, rows along the canal and with key tourism sites are easy to get to. The hotel is what one can expect Crowne Plaza offers: pristine with great amenities. Many other international hotel chain in Tashkent are getting to be expensive as the city develops, reaching US hotel price range. Crowne Plaza offers Crowne Plaza quality yet still at a good affordable price for a foreigner. A superb value in Tashkent!...

「Breakfast menu was good. To make it even better would be nice to add more milk products , carbonated water and fresh lemon slices. Gym room doesn't have attendance person always nobody there to help and safety check. Room cleaning perfect. Staff 99% friendly and very helpful.」

「very nice experience, but wifi connection is slow」

「Room was a great size. Not the boxes you get in Europe or UK in this star category. Clean and good bathroom, kettle, fridge and TV ready for YouTube, Netflix when back in room. Easy to get yandex go ( uber) taxi to reach centre of town in 15 minutes. Didn't have breakfast but did have a wonderful cappuccino. Perfect for a short stay in Tashkent.」

「Location is awful, far from everything. No shops or restaurants nearby. Breakfast was disgusting. Dinner was OK but why no wine or beer? I don’t understand how this place was rated “exceptional”」

「a good hotel, although it's the first time I booked this hotel, there give me a really good experience」

「A bit out of the way for tourists though there are a few shops in easy walking distance Large rooms with lovely hot showers」
