Good breakfast, excellent room. Good gym & pool (ok for me but not infirm steps 4 ft above floor of pool) Staff very helpful 4 am Taxi sorted through them & they arranged packed breakfast without prompting. Only issue was noise on first night 2 room down had a party & noise carries via ventilation ducting. Area good base for sights.

Run down, but a pleasant enough stay

The Ramada was fine, but it is not at the standard I would expect for a brand name. The furniture, beds, wallpaper, carpets are all run down and have a slightly stale smoke smell despite no smoking allowed in the hotel. The staff were mainly nice, but some had no interest in helping unless they were pushed. The cleaning staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful, as were the gentlemen at the door. The breakfast was pretty poor as an offering, but it did the job of filling me up enough to get to another restaurant later on. The location was a bit out of the way, I wish I had stayed much closer to the centre or a metro station as needed to walk a long way. The gym was excellent, but the pool was old and doesn't look as good as the photots - again it was very run down. The Irish bar next door was very disappointing. Aside from no Irish food, they've never heard of a Guiness, and the waiting staff weren't interested in me being there, but it was also very overpriced in comparison to similar offerings nearby.

Konforlu bir konaklama oldu

Odalar temiz, personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda telefonu çalışmadığı için resepsiyon ve oda servisine cep telefonuyla ulaşabildik. Tek olumsuz tarafı buydu. Odadaki ikramlar yeterliydi, soğutucu kettle gibi ekipmanlar yeterliydi ve çalışıyordu. Spa biraz daha iyi olabilirdi, tek terapist olduğu için eşimle beraber masaj hizmeti alamadık. Otel ilave tüm taleplerimizi karşıladı (sigara içilen ve park manzaralı oda talep etmiştik)

A good business hotel. Has all the necessities. Breakfast is average but the Hotel pub is surprisingly good. Gym, indoor pool and spa are usable. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Had an early flight my last day and they opened up the breakfast area an hour early just for me. The hotel is a bit dated but you get what you pay for.

Sorry!!

I must say I was a bit disappointed at 07.00 in the morning some workers outside started scraping on our window on the 5th floor. I get that they are renovating, but outside guest rooms at 07.00 in the morning was very unexpected. Especially since no one informed us about any renovation when we checked inn. When brought to the attention in the reception all we got was: ''Sorry''. Sorry didn't get me any more sleep that morning so I'm sorry, but I ain't coming back. Oh... and sorry for the bed review.

Not a bad choice

The room looks a bit outdated but it seems that renovation is underway in another section of the hotel. The hotel is situated near wedding venue so there could be noise or loud music in the afternoon.

The staff were attentive, helpful, polite. I was impressed by them. The property is in generally good condition. I was less happy with cleanliness at the restaurant. While I was having breakfast, a cockroach came from underneath a coaster! The floor was not very clean.

직원들은 굉장히 친절해서 미소짓게 됨. 시설은 오래 되고 층고가 상당히 낮아서 썩소짓게 됨. 첫날 묵었던 방은 욕실 천장에 곰팡이 피어있고, 욕실 환풍기도 안 돼서 다음 날 방 교체. 바꾼 방도 욕실 환풍기를 건물 전체에서 중앙통제하는지 작동 하다 안 하다 함. 호텔 내 피트니스 센터는 괜찮음.

친절한 호텔, 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔

호텔 직원들이 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 출장업무로 바빠서 호텔의 편의시설을 이용해보지 못해서 다음에 방문하게 되면 피트니스와 수영장도 이용해 보고 싶습니다. 바로 맞은 편에 유원지가 있어서 산책을 즐기기에도 좋습니다.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. I stayed for a couple of nights, then went to Bukhara and Samarkand and came back for one more night before I left the country. Would stay there again.
