"The pool and hot tub were not working. Desk clerk said they were out for over a month. Part of the reason we chose this hotel over others was for the indoor pool. The breakfast was sad. The coffe itself was good, but all the condiments were the cheapest possible. Everything was cheap. The sundries shop was almost empty. "

"Pool area was dirty. Toenail clippings on the couch in the pool area. Wet towels everywhere. Coffee was good, breakfast was meh. Definitely not a lot of pride taken in making the property better by what I could tell. Whoever had our room before us set a really early alarm on the clock that woke us up and guests ran up and down the hall until around 2:30/3am. Hardly seen any staff during our stay. Would rate ok at best. Definitely have stayed in way better Hilton properties. "
