"I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. My flight arrived early in the morning, and they were kind enough to let me check in a bit ahead of schedule, which I truly appreciated. Special shoutout to Valerie for going above and beyond to make my stay smooth and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Service was great. Only minor complaint was lack of parking. First night we had to park at a nearby restaurant parking lot. "

"Kitchen was not the issue. The room smelled stale and musty. Thanks to Chris who provided us with air spray, it was tolerable. The shower drains were improperly installed and the remedy was to glue rubber diverter strips at the edge of the shower and across the door into the bathroom. Obvious trip hazards, particularly during the night trips to the bathroom. The water collected in one corner of the shower next to the diverter strip. The corner is lower than the drain and, since water doesn’t run uphill, I think it probably ended up seeping under the wall where it most likely is going to grow mold. The best thing about the stay was Chris, the front desk clerk, who was attentive and very helpful the entire time. "

"Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was stained and shower hasn’t been cleaned. "

"Very clean room and hotel. Wish bedding was a little thicker we were very cold. Breakfast was simple pretty okay. Pool was a little murky which made my kids uneasy but I told them it was fine and it was warm which was a plus! I will say that the guy that wears a jacket was the absolute worst part of our stay… I had 7 people two rooms and we have little kids who played with keys. When I had an upset toddler and went to re activate the keys ( didn’t lose them they kept deactivating) he told us that this is the 4th time that he has had to do this and we are not responsible and we need to do better while I had a crying toddler and tired son and it takes 19 seconds to re activate the keys. While I spent 45 min lobby playing with kids to keep them entertained he had stepped out of the lobby several times to smoke a cigarette, everytime I showed back up to the hotel he was smoking a cig, leaving the lobby unattended while people waited since only 1 person seemed to work at the time. Overall experience was great minus the fact that the guy was a jerk to a family and large party like his job was such an inconvenience for him and I was a bother. "
