「We had such a great time staying at the Divi. We stayed in a one bedroom in the main building everything is beautifully updated and clean! The pool area is so spacious and you didn’t ever feel like there were too many people even though the front desk said they were at 80% capacity. The beach was great and clean it was so easy to get chairs and palapas you could easily sleep in a bit and get a great spot even at 8am. 「The Barcelo is a very nice hotel however, it is outdated. The sliding doors on the closet did not slide easily and one was very hard to move. The pool is beautiful but, a lot of tiles were missing around the perimeter. The staff were very nice. The rooms were kept clean. The breakfast buffet was good. We enjoyed watching the birds and iguanas while eating breakfast outside. 」
