We loved the location. Room was basic but clean and a good value with respect to the location. Car parking cost an additional $20.00 per day and breakfast could have had some fruit. Hosts were accommodating, helpful and friendly.

The owner welcomed us on arrival and gave us a tour of the hotel. We were given a free wine as a gift from the hotel which was very delicious. The room was clean and the view was nice. The hotel was close to bus station and located close to main attractions. Everything was comfortable and clean and we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good and the ladies work at the hotel are super friendly.

Basic but clean

Taormina is not cheap so for afordable place to stay options are limited. Carmen welcomed us and was super nice. Thé place seems like an old school. Very very clean but this is a basic room convenient if your on a budget. Breakfast is less than basic and takes place in thé adjacent lady bar wich consist basically of a coffee and a croissant so free breakfast is an overstatement personnaly I can and would afford moré but on a budget its ok

I recently stayed at this B&B in Taormina and had a mixed experience. The location is definitely a highlight—just a short 10-minute walk from Porta Messina, making it easy to explore the town and its charming streets. However, the building itself feels quite outdated, and the rooms could benefit from renovation and modernization. One of the biggest issues was the shower—poor water flow and an extremely sensitive temperature adjustment made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower. In addition, they don't provide iron due to local regulations, which was quite inconvenient since we were there for a wedding event. The breakfast was basic but they do offer local drink known as Granita which was nice. On the bright side, the rooms come equipped with a small fridge, which was essential given the hot weather. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress provided good support. Additionally, the WiFi worked well, which was a definite plus. Overall, the B&B's location is great, but the accommodation itself could use some improvements to enhance the experience for future guests.

Hotel manager was friendly and welcoming, he kindly offered a free pizza on our arrival after a stressful drive from the airport to get there. The parking charge per day is €20 and was a bit of surprise. It’s not clearly advertised upfront. Additionally one morning we were made to wait over an hour for breakfast. They took our order but decided to not serve us as I think the staff member wasn’t in a good mood that morning. Overall though it’s a great location and clean facilities. Did the job.

Affordable no frills place

Lady Hill is located within easy walking distance to the bus lines, restaurants and the main part of Taormina so if you are looking for an affordable, basic place to stay, this works. Breakfast is served daily.

Fantastic

Lady Hill is perfect when staying in Taormina. Short walking distance to city centre, bus station, cable car etc. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The kind lady running the breakfast café was fantastic, kind, open minded and helpfull. We Can definitely recommend the place. Carsten & Susanne

This was once a school, then a sort of convent for teaching nuns. It was ok for a one night stay. Receotion area coukd have used a seat or two; person/receptionist was very helpful and cordial; no one at front desk/reception area after say 6pm...wondered what to do if something happened?@!$^*

Overall we had a very good experience. The staff were very friendly and gave us good recommendations for places to visit. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice gesture. The bed was comfortable, there were shutters on the windows, and air conditioning. We were not disturbed by the road noise at night. The room was very clean. They offered cleaning every day, and they changed the sheets and towels. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. The breakfast was very good and there were different things on offer every day. The coffee was freshly made and just as good as the one you would find at a cafe. Very good location - short walk to the city centre, bus station, and funicular. The stairs which lead to the beach were also nearby (3 mins). Overall we felt safe walking back from the city centre at night. We want to thank everyone for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable.

Camera carina e pulita, in una posizione comoda: a pochi minuti dal terrazzo panoramico in fondo a via Pirandello e vicino al centro. Il parcheggio costa 20 € al giorno per gli ospiti, un prezzo che sembra davvero eccessivo. Capisco che siamo a Taormina, ma per chi soggiorna sarebbe giusto prevedere una tariffa più conveniente. La proprietaria è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione nella media, niente di speciale: siamo arrivati alle 8 e non era ancora pronta, con un po’ di disorganizzazione al bar, il personale sembra più concentrato a riscuotere il parcheggio che a servire la colazione.

Comment osez-vous écrire Excellent ?et faire payer ce prix ?… ! Pas une lampe de chevet dans la chambre, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, aucune décoration. Le minimum d’articles de toilette. La douche qui ne tenait pas ! Quant au petit déjeuner, rien à voir avec les buffets proposés ailleurs ! Une boisson chaude et un croissant, pâtisserie. Pas de beurre ni de confitures… Seul point positif, les draps et serviettes étaient propres et le personnel de la petite cafétéria gentil.
