「The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The resort is geared more for couples and adults than families with young children, but the staff took the time to make sure my youngest felt welcomed. This resort is focused on longevity and wellness which is reflected in the menu at the restaurant. The services they provide are top notch, but you will pay for that high quality. Overall our long weekend away from the busses of the city was amazing and we all look forward to returning again.」

「Cleanliness Needs Major Improvement It would have been a much better experience if we had not been greeted by cockroaches when we checked in. Unfortunately, the place appears to have a serious cockroach infestation and needs a very thorough cleaning and pest treatment. The only consolation was the excellent communication and customer service. The staff were responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with, which we really appreciated. However, overall, the property needs significant...
