Cleanliness Needs Major Improvement
It would have been a much better experience if we had not been greeted by cockroaches when we checked in. Unfortunately, the place appears to have a serious cockroach infestation and needs a very thorough cleaning and pest treatment.
The only consolation was the excellent communication and customer service. The staff were responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with, which we really appreciated.
However, overall, the property needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The furniture is also quite old and worn, and the actual condition of the place looks very different from the photos posted online. The photos seem to be taken from a distance, which makes the space appear much nicer than it actually is.
I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and invest in deep cleaning, proper pest control, and updating the furniture. With better maintenance and accurate photos, the place could provide a much better experience for future guests.
