Good food and adaptable to dietary needs etc. Scenic beach with big waves although for swimming or souvenirs it is best to go to the other nearby beach using the excellent free shuttle service. 「Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. 「我們一家大小都很喜歡Seven Havens Residence，服務人員很親切，經理Julia給了我們很多的諮詢建議，司機ArSam也幫助我們附近地點交通的接送，對於初次來到龍目島的我們來說，非常的有助益，停留的期間恰是雨季，因為面海房的關係，半夜風雨挺大的。整體來說，景緻非常的棒，無邊際泳池非常的美，偶而出現的猴子很可愛，是個值得體驗的住宿地點。建議：熱水器的供水量要再調整。」

「After reading the great reviews about Amber we were still expecting to be mildly disappointed. This was definitely not the case! Food was incredible, rooms were awesome, and staff were so friendly they made you feel like family. It’s not a 5 star hotel chain experience, but that’s not what you go to Lombok for. If you love the beach, salt water, and lazing by a pool at a resort with a stylish / rustic beach design you’ll love Amber. 」
