"Staff, including parking, were pleasant, competent and helpful. We had to leave a day early and desk person was great. Parking required giving a credit card number to an organization I know nothing about. I prefer to pay Hilton and let you deal with parking. Setting room thermostat at 67 only got the room to 72. You have an over ride regulator You are saving money at the customers' discomfort. "

"The staff here was very helpful with directions, holding our luggage until our room was ready, and many other questions we had. Everything was a walk away since we were in Downtown Tampa. This, along with a great view from the rooftop pool made this a great stop before our cruise."

"It was very good overall. Very clean, cleaning staff very nice and accommodating. My biggest issue is our room had what was supposed to be a queen size bed (seemed smaller) in the huge handicap room with the sleeper sofa which worked out fine for mom who's handicapped. The living space was ridiculously large and I could've parked a small car in it so way more than enough room for a wheelchair and plenty for a king size bed. The bathroom seat was nice but a bit cumbersome if you had disability."
