「We had a great stay in La Maddalena, the staff were wonderful, the location was great and the room was a nice size for the two of us. 」

They have there own umbrellas and chairs by the beach. There’s also a snack bar and boat hire place on the beach. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough. We can’t wait to come back. 」

「It was overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It was gorgeous, up high in the hills. My husband and cousin were able to run down to have a swim, so it wasn’t too far away. It was very quiet. Everything in the apt worked. Good parking.」

「Absolutely gorgeous hotel in beautiful surroundings. Free parking directly outside the hotel and was easy to find a space. Walkable down to the harbour (20mins) but they also put on a shuttle bus that we didn’t use as it is back uphill. Lovely views from the restaurant and pool area. Our room was directly onto the pool. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms particularly the bathrooms could do with an update but they were very clean and had everything we needed and the outside of the hotel and...

「The apartment is fine and it does have a private beach but there is one big problem with it: it's in a remote area that is you not only need a car to get to but it's difficult to drive to. There is literally nothing at the apartment compound. You have to drive about 10 minutes down a crazy mountain road to get to the nearby town. Oh, you also need to pay for bed sheets and towels per day and put them on yourself! For six days this amounted to an additional 36 euros.」
