「Good accommodation with a good price in KL Sentral.」

「New hotel under construction and room isn’t very usable. Shower has no shower stand, bed has bed bugs. Bathroom falling apart and no TV channels. No sauna . 」

「Poor customer service It took them 4 HOURS to get us settled in. And we have an infant. All that 4 hours and they gave us dirty rooms. There were stains on the bedsheets, pillows, and bed frame. The towels were stained and dirty. There was dust and hair all over the floor. When we complained at the reception, they didn’t do anything to make it better. 「気に入らなかった点;チェックインしたら部屋の清掃がされていなかった。 気に入った点;清掃についてのチャット問い合わせへの対応が丁寧で、清掃員もすぐに到着した。 部屋自体は画像の通り、洗濯乾燥機がとても便利でした。 混雑している時間帯は隣の棟のエレベーターを利用できたため出入りに困りませんでした。 清掃がされていなかった事以外は全体的に満足しています。」

「Check in 很順利，前台職員很友善。房間非常寬敞整潔，很舒適，隔音也很棒，沒有聽到房外嘈音。只是整體有點殘舊，但不太影響住宿體驗。早餐 buffet 選擇也多，味道不錯。酒店就在 MRT 站旁，位置非常方便。」

「位置佳，接駁著Monorail站，出遊方便。連接Quill Mall，有餐廳及supermarket，購物及用餐也非常便利。 房間整潔寬敞，冷氣充足，水壓也沒問題。 Easy check out, 即使沒觀景但也很滿意。」
