"The hotel is modern, clean and in an ideal location for airport convenience. There are other food and shopping options nearby. The pool and roof bar terrace are wonderful, with reasonably priced food and drinks and helpful, friendly staff.
The highlight for me was the amazing customer service supplied by front desk staff. I had to buy a new suitcase and found one online that I wanted to purchase. I needed the case that day as I was flying out the following morning. I do not speak Vietnamese and could not process the order myself as the site did not recognise my overseas telephone number. A staff member used his own phone to communicate with the seller and to ensure I received the case later that day with it being delivered to the hotel. There is no way that I could have done this without the superb customer service I received from this staff member. He even communicated with colleagues to ensure that staff arriving for the next shift were aware of the upcoming delivery after he had left for the day. I am extremely impressed and grateful for the service I received- it was exceptional."
