Great location and lovely room however the room was very dirty when I checked in , used tissue paper in the corner of room , hair all over the bed and floor , few stains on the sheets , receptionist doesn’t speak English so it was a little difficult to communicate.

A great value family run hotel, in a part of Ho Chi Minh City that has all hustle and bustle of old Saigon. Our room was comfortable, with A/C, great bed, the en-suite bathroom was great, with complementary soaps and gels etc We had breakfast included in our price, with a choice of Fried eggs, toast and coffee or a local breakfast, noodles with meat and fresh veg in a soup, this was amazing! There is no lift in this place, so beware if you’ve over packed. We used the laundry service which was returned on the day it was put in. At 50k dong or £1.25 per kilo, there’s no need to pack washing! The location is not on the main road, it’s down a quiet alley, which does cut down the constant city noise, but it’s around the corner from a convenience store. We used grab taxis to get about, it worked out at £1.00 for a ride into the center of town. I will use this hotel again for a short stay, for longer stays you may want a place with a pool, but at 4 time the price!

Good location, not too close to the busy tourists place like Bui Vien and District 1. If you are not a morning person, then look elsewhere as this is where the locals live and it will be bustling in the morning.

The hotel is tucked away on a side street. Very nice owners and accommodation. The older auntie checked is in after midnight was kind and used Google translate to check us in. The rooms were nice and we check the middle door unlocked. There is laundry (washer only) on the top floor but you can hang your clothes out to dry. It can get a little noisy in the morning with the locals opening up their stalls but not an issue unless you are very light sleeper. Easy to get around town with Grab. Would recommend.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du quartier routard et du marché Ben Thanh, on peut y aller à pied en 20 minutes. Toutefois, nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à le trouver car il est en retrait de la rue Nguyen Dinh Chieu, dans une petite rue perpendiculaire.

The property is well kept with helpful experiences staff. I recommend for non-disabled travelers who want the smells, sounds, and kinetic energy of Ho Chi Minh City. Walkable, bus or Grab Taxi to all standard tourist sights. Street food, markets, and restaurants within a couple hundred meters. Good value for this type of accomodation. Great relative value in its price range. Clean rooms, great helpful hosts. Be mindful there is no elevator when you book. The neighborhood is local with a vast traditional market across the street. Kinetic streets, lots of energy. Not designer stores here though you can find fairly upscale shopping within walking distance. Literally hundreds of food choices within 300 meters. Not a tourist neighborhood, you will see how the Vietnamese people work hard and live in this amazing city. Close enough by walking, bus or taxi to District 1 tourist attractions. You appreciate LeBlanc magnitudes more after staying in other comparably priced lodging in VN / SE Asia. One of the best.
