「Hotel is clean, and staff are accommodating .」

「Kind staff」

「Breakfast was great, everything is great just need more cleanliness」

I would definitely book a room here again the next time I'm in Almaty, which is probably the best...

「No air conditioning - can’t make the room cooler even if temperature is warm outside, a bit stuffy in the room, but noisy after open window 」

「No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat」
