「beautiful location; the innkeepers are friendly and helpful; the breakfasts are good, some days we had homemade banana bread. The pool is good. We had attic room--this is a problem--challenging to go up and down stairs and avoid bumping one's head. After 5, guests have to stop to open and shut and lock 2 gates. Liked the nature trail adjacent to the Inn.」

「Beautiful resort, outdated but clean. We went on the weekend before ownership changed so the menu was limited and the breakfast was undercooked but the server was AWESOME! He remembered us and catered to us like we were the only customers.」

「Friendly staff at check in. This lady was helpful thru entire stay. Her name is Sharon. The Harbor had a Luau on Saturday which we attended since our son is a slip holder. Great weekend. 」

「We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2...
