「Very goos atmosphere to stay here, although the room isn't feel like old castle, but the bar and restaurant do have the middle age feeling. The view from hotel is awesome, changing everymornig, u can see sunrise and sunset here. If u come by bus, it will be a little bit hard to climb up to the hotel with big luggage(no taxi there). Staffs in the hotel are very nice and all can speak english too.」

「Everything was exceptionally great for the price, great access to city and local area. Staff and locals were helpful and polite. Only note is kitchen/breakfast is closed on Saturday’s or weekends depending on booking capacity. Overall great place for budget friendly get away highly recommended.」

「I LOVED staying here. It felt like a hidden gem during all my traveling through Spain. The owners are super helpful and responsive. Great location to Montserrat and served me wonderfully as a nice nature escape after all the city hustle and bustle. I would stay here again and again.」

「The owner, Jordi, and his staff went out of their way to help me. He gave me a ride from the train station to his nearby restaurant, where I had a fantastic dinner. Then he dropped me off at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk attendant was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop for my journey to Barcelona. 「Our stay started poorly—our room wasn’t ready and was extremely hot, though the owner moved us to another room with a fan. Everything looked clean at first, but that changed quickly. On our first night, I found a LARGE BED BUG on the bed after feeling bites. I took photos and contacted Expedia, who responded quickly, but there was no on-site staff to help. 「Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s.
