「The resort was well positioned right on the lagoon and had a lovely pool and grounds. The room was large and clean but there was no TV, which I thought was a total failure. Some down time watching a movie after a big day out or during wet weather seems like a basic inclusion for an adults resort. The World Cup Soccer was also on so a TV would have been nice. 「Location location location. A perfect place to stay for one night between a flight in and a flight out. Cross the road to get to the airport. Hotel is fine but a little run down -- my room had a collapsed soap dish. There is revelry till about 11 pm outside the rooms. Breakfast from 8 am -- I walked to the supermarket and got what I needed.」

「Loved the attentive helpful staff, the house cleaners were friendly and did a great job. Suggestion - it was disappointing and untidy to see dirty dishes at the bottom of the stairs, left all day some days Yuk (we were in room 1028) also we had a door into the next room, locked but could here lots of noise from the room next door unfortunately, Older womanwas telling off the gardener, she was rude and not very nice to him Sad to see people treated badly by their boss Breakfast was good Thankyou...

「Very noisy location with dogs barking most of the night. A couple of good spots to walk to for food/drinks etc but all in all personally wouldn't stay here again.」

「Aroa Kainga is one of the best places we ever stayed at. The bungalow and the veranda offer plenty of space and the kitchen is perfectly equiped - you'll find everything you need if you wish to cook your own meals. Location is particularly good if you are into snorkelling as the nearby beach is the best snorkelling place in Rarotonga. 「Take ear plugs! The Roosters never shut up! The facilities are basic, but clean and OK. Pool is OK as long as large groups don't take over. Nautilus staff we found dismissive, Muri staff more pleasant. BBQ area is nice but the hot plates are old and barely heat meaning without an over, self catering is challenging. Good proximity to beach and great use of snorkles / kayak / reef shoes etc.」
