"Staff was wonderful, entrance and check in was very unique and made me feel special. There was a thick layer of dust and grime on everything just above eye level in my room that overall disparaged my view. Everyone was cordial and the amenities are great."

"This hotel is in a convenient area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a corner room King REI and it was fantastic. The view at night was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We received a warm welcome while celebrating our honeymoon and a hand decorated card from the hotel which was very much appreciated and a thoughtful touch. Would stay again. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful property - we booked this last minute for a great rate. It is a gorgeous property with spectacular views of Osaka - we stayed in a corner twin room. The restaurants are overpriced but the food and service are wonderful. Great overall location - can walk easily to shopping, Dontonbori and Osaka station. "
